Set CapEx targets
A CapEx target is the share of a team's cost you expect to capitalise in a fiscal year. The Targets tab tracks each team against it, quarter by quarter.
Anyone who can open Capitalisation can see targets. To set or clear them, you need access to financial settings — ask your Flowstate admin.
Set a target
- Go to Finance → Capitalisation → Targets and pick the fiscal year.
- Select the team's row.
- Enter the Target CapEx %, from 0 to 100.
- Optionally, enter a Target amount in your reporting currency.
- Select Save target.
The target applies to the fiscal year you're looking at. To remove one, open the row's ⋯ menu and select Clear target.
Read the Targets tab
Teams are grouped under their parent team. Under each name you see its target, or No target.

If something's not right
Nothing happens when you select a team. You don't have access to change targets. Ask your Flowstate admin.
"Enter a percentage between 0 and 100." The target is a percentage. Put money in Target amount.
A team shows No target. Nobody has set one for this fiscal year.
