Settings & admin

Everything under Settings, in the order of the Settings sidebar, with the page that explains it. You only see the areas your role allows, and a few only appear when a module is switched on for your organisation.

The pages in this section:

• Users and roles — invite people, change roles, reset a lost second factor, and choose what new people get.
• Sign-in settings — allowed domains, session length, enrolment, single sign-on routing and second-factor rules.
• Notifications — in-app, email and Slack channels per category, and the digest email.
• Organisation settings — the sign-in page language, your timezone, and the mail server Flowstate sends email through.
• Operating model and departments — rename initiatives, projects and objectives, and keep your list of departments.
• Data import and data migration — load people, teams and projects from a spreadsheet.
• Billing — your subscription, key contacts and the modules in your plan.
