Delivery
Delivery is where you keep your projects up to date, confirm what your teams worked on each week, and see what they shipped. Finance's CapEx, R&D and spend figures are built from it.

How your teams' work reaches finance
- Each project has a cost centre, which decides whether its cost can be capitalised.
- Effort is the share of each person's day spent on each project — never hours. Flowstate estimates it every day, and team leads check and submit it each week.
- Submitted weeks feed Capitalisation, R&D tax claims and the Spend timeline.
- Engineering insights shows what each pull request cost straight away, without waiting for weeks to be submitted.

Delivery works best once these are in place:
- Projects — every project has an owner, dates and a cost centre.
- Connect your project tool — so projects, statuses and ticket activity flow in.
- People and teams — every team has a manager to submit its week.
