Request an AI tool

The Request centre lists the AI tools Flowstate knows about and shows where you stand on each. Use it when you need a tool you don't have yet.

You need Agents & copilots switched on for your organisation — ask your Flowstate contact.

Ask for a seat

1. In the sidebar, select My AI agents, then Request centre.
2. Find the tool with Search providers, or browse its category.
3. Select Request seat.
4. Under Why do you need this?, add a sentence or two if you like.
5. Select Send request.

The tool now shows Pending manager.

Tip

Tell your manager you've sent the request, so they can arrange the seat with whoever manages the tool.

What each tool shows

Label	What it means
You have it	Flowstate has seen you use this tool in the last 30 days
Pending manager	You've already asked for a seat
Request seat	You can ask for a seat
Nothing	Seats for this tool aren't handed out by the provider. Ask your Flowstate admin how to get access.

Tip

Once you start using the tool with your work email, it shows You have it and appears on Copilots I use.
