Check the AI tools you use

Copilots I use lists the AI tools Flowstate has seen you use, with how many sessions you had on each in the last 30 days. Use it to check your AI use is being picked up, or to ask for a seat on a tool you already use.

You need Agents & copilots switched on for your organisation — ask your Flowstate contact.

Check your tools

1. In the sidebar, select My AI agents, then Copilots I use.
2. Find the tool. Tools are grouped by kind, such as Coding assistants or Chat assistants.
3. Read its activity: the number of sessions in the last 30 days, or Inactive 30d+ if you haven't used it in that time.

If nothing has been picked up yet, the page says No copilots detected.

Ask for a seat

1. Next to the tool, select Request seat.
2. Under Why do you need this?, add a sentence or two if you like.
3. Select Send request.

The tool now shows Request pending.

Tip

• Tell your manager you've sent the request, so they can arrange the seat with whoever manages the tool.
• Request seat only appears on tools whose seats are handed out by the provider. For other tools, ask your Flowstate admin how to get access.

If a tool is missing

• Make sure you use the tool with the same email as your Flowstate account.
• Some tools only show once your organisation has connected them. Ask your Flowstate admin.
