This bucket covers four sub-markets that all share the "AI on top of your internal data" pattern: enterprise RAG (Glean), meeting intelligence (Granola, Otter), AI ITSM (Moveworks), and AI customer service (Sierra, Decagon). All per-seat or per-resolution; all invisible to Flowstate today.
What's tracked
| Tool | Vendor | Pricing model | Coverage today | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Glean | Glean | Per-seat enterprise contract | Invisible | Large enterprise spend — often six- to seven-figure annual contracts. |
| NotebookLM | Bundled with Google Workspace / Google AI tiers | Invisible | Could surface via Gemini connector if bundled into Vertex billing. | |
| Granola | Granola | Per-seat subscription | Invisible | Meetings. |
| Otter | Otter | Per-seat subscription | Invisible | Meetings. |
| Fireflies | Fireflies | Per-seat subscription | Invisible | Meetings. |
| Fathom | Fathom | Per-seat subscription | Invisible | Meetings. |
| Read.AI | Read.AI | Per-seat subscription | Invisible | Meetings. |
| Zoom AI Companion | Zoom | Bundled with Zoom tier | Invisible | Embedded — usually no separate line item. |
| Moveworks | ServiceNow | Per-seat / per-resolution (acquired by ServiceNow) | Invisible | Track inside the ServiceNow contract. |
| Aisera | Aisera | Per-seat / per-resolution | Invisible | AI ITSM. |
| Sierra | Sierra | Per-resolution / outcome-based | Invisible | Customer service. Outcome-based pricing is unpredictable — model carefully. |
| Decagon | Decagon | Per-resolution / outcome-based | Invisible | Customer service. |
| Intercom Fin | Intercom | Per-resolution add-on to Intercom | Invisible | Track inside the Intercom contract. |
| Ada | Ada | Per-resolution / per-seat | Invisible | Customer service. |
What Flowstate misses today
All of it. The economic risk in this category is the per-resolution and outcome-based pricing models in customer service AI (Sierra, Decagon, Intercom Fin) — a single product change that drives more support tickets can move the AI bill materially without any seat count changing. Model these as AI Agents with a deliberately high monthly ceiling and reconcile against vendor invoices monthly.
For Glean and other large enterprise RAG contracts, the right model is a single AI Agent attributed to the IT or enablement team with the annual contract / 12.
