Current period only

ElevenLabs reports the subscription period you are in. Usage from before you connect cannot be imported, so connect it before the period you want to account for rather than after.

Figures are account-level, with no per-user dimension — per-person attribution comes from the Flowstate Agent rather than from ElevenLabs.

Getting started

Use a service-account key created by a workspace admin, not a personal one. A personal key inherits its owner's access and stops working when that person leaves the workspace; a service-account key survives the change.

1. In ElevenLabs, open Workspace settings → Service Accounts and create a key
2. In Flowstate, open Settings → Integrations → ElevenLabs, paste it and click Verify and connect — Flowstate makes one read-only call to check it works before saving anything

If the console has moved

ElevenLabs reorganises its settings periodically, and at the time of writing we could not load their documentation to confirm the exact menu path. If Workspace settings → Service Accounts is not where you expect, look for API keys under your workspace (not personal) settings — the requirement is a workspace-scoped key, whatever the current label is.

How syncing works

Usage syncs hourly. Because ElevenLabs reports the current period rather than a date range, the value updates in place as the period progresses instead of accumulating day-by-day history.

If the key is revoked or its workspace access changes, the connection shows the real error from ElevenLabs on its provider page.
