  • Compensation accuracy — Cost forecasts use real pay data from your HR system
  • Global org support — Multi-country, multi-currency workforce structures sync correctly
  • No CSV imports — Eliminate manual data transfers between systems

Getting started

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and open the SAP SuccessFactors tile
  2. Enter your SuccessFactors instance URL
  3. Configure API authentication (OAuth 2.0 with SAML assertion)
  4. Select which data to sync
  5. Choose sync frequency
  6. Click Connect & Test

SuccessFactors configuration

You'll need a SuccessFactors administrator to configure the OData API access and create an OAuth client. See your SuccessFactors integration guide for details.

Troubleshooting

Authentication fails

  • Check that the OAuth client is correctly configured in SuccessFactors Provisioning
  • Verify the SAML certificate hasn't expired

Missing employees

  • Check the API user's permission role assignments in SuccessFactors
  • Ensure the OData API includes the Employee Central entities

For sync run history and errors, check Settings → Integrations → Sync Health.
