Getting started
- Go to Settings → Data Integrations → SAP SuccessFactors
- Enter your SuccessFactors instance URL
- Configure API authentication (OAuth 2.0 with SAML assertion)
- Select which data to sync
- Choose sync frequency
- Click Connect & Test
SuccessFactors configuration
You'll need a SuccessFactors administrator to configure the OData API access and create an OAuth client. See your SuccessFactors integration guide for details.
Troubleshooting
Authentication fails
- Check that the OAuth client is correctly configured in SuccessFactors Provisioning
- Verify the SAML certificate hasn't expired
Missing employees
- Check the API user's permission role assignments in SuccessFactors
- Ensure the OData API includes the Employee Central entities
