Getting started

  1. Go to Settings → Data Integrations → Workday
  2. Enter your Workday tenant URL
  3. Provide integration system user credentials (ISU) or configure OAuth
  4. Select which data to sync
  5. Choose sync frequency
  6. Click Connect & Test

Workday configuration

You'll need a Workday administrator to create an Integration System User (ISU) with access to the relevant Workday APIs. See your Workday admin guide for details.

Troubleshooting

Sync fails with authentication error

  • Check that the ISU credentials haven't expired
  • Verify the ISU has the correct domain security policies enabled

Some employees are missing

  • The ISU may not have access to all supervisory organisations
  • Check the Workday security group assignments
